Who May Qualify
Housing may be available to adults who are:
- Seeking stable and affordable housing
- Able to pay rent consistently (or demonstrate reliable income source)
- Willing to live in a shared housing environment
- Committed to maintaining a drug-free and alcohol-free home environment
- Veterans, working adults, or individuals in transition are welcome

How the application process works
- Submit an Application
Complete our online form with basic personal and housing information. - Initial Review
We review your application to determine basic eligibility and availability. - Interview / Screening
Qualified applicants may be contacted for a short interview to discuss housing needs and expectations. - Approval & Placement
If approved, you will be matched with an available room and provided move-in details. - Move-In Orientation
Residents review house rules, sign agreements, and complete move-in steps before receiving access.

House Expectations
All residents agree to the following:
- No drugs or illegal substances on the property
- No alcohol consumption inside the home
- Respect for other residents and neighbors
- Compliance with quiet hours and house schedules
- Participation in cleaning and shared responsibilities
- Timely payment of rent and fees
- No violence, threats, or disruptive behavior
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
Failure to follow house rules may result in warnings or removal from the program according to housing agreements and applicable law.
